Make changes to a group's log info and even their video on the 'Group Edit' Page.
If you're unhappy with the snapshot taken in the room -- or maybe you're building a posting from scratch -- then you can easily pull any picture from the Quicktime clip. Pause the Quicktime clip on the frame you want as your new photo, then click on the camera icon below the Talent's thumbnail. That's it! The new snapshot is used as the Talent's thumbnail and on their Size Sheet.
The Group thumnails is automatically pulled from the first frame of the audition video. It can be changed just like the Talent's thumbnail.

Below the Talent's name is their agent, their role name, a place for notes, and a link to their Size Sheet! To edit a role name, simple click on it, type in the new role, and click 'Ok.' To add a note, click on the 'note with plus sign' icon. If there is a already a note saved for that Talent, the icon changes to a 'note with pencil'.
If you do not have access to the FastCapture desktop application, you can Download the Groups video, edit the clip in Quicktime or iMovie, then upload a new video by clicking 'Change Video'. WARNING: Proceed with caution...after changing the video you can no longer access the original clip.
