• Group Thumbnails are displayed on the left side. Simply click on a group, and it will begin playing in the clip window on the right. The Group # will be displayed above the player, with a 'Prev' and 'Next' button to either side for easy navigation.
• Talent Thumbnails are displayed below the group player. Rollover the thumbnail to see the Talent's headshot (optional).
• Links to the Talent's Size Sheet and Resume are below each Talent thumbnail (optional).
• Download the logs (with or without thumbnails) and size sheeets for the entire session, by clicking 'Logs and Size Sheets'
• Your casting logo is prominently displayed in the upper left corner of the posting and on all logs and size sheets.
• "Talent by Role" let's your clients sort and filter the auditions, so they can watch the posting in the order they want to watch.

What format are the videos? Is the posting PC compatible?

Our clips are encoded in a high quality H.264 Quicktime format. BUT, your clients do not need Quicktime to view our clips online. 99% of PCs have Flash Player installed (stats here), so we designed our player to embed the Quicktimes inside a Flash player for maximum PC compatability. If they still cannot view the posting we have an alternative. They can click on the WMV icon (pictured above) and the clip will download and open in Windows Media Player.

The Client Homepage

When a client clicks on a link, they are first directed to this homepage where they can easily see if new sessions added to the posting and get 'Logs & Sizesheets' from multiple sessions without having to visit each one. You also have the ability to add a unique project note for each client, as we've done here from our fictional director: 'Randall'.

Notes & Picks

If you allow clients to make notes and picks, the posting becomes so much more than a video viewer; it becomes a forum clients and casting to quickly share ideas and opinions about the Talent.

Sorting the Auditions with "Talent by Role"

With "Talent by Role" your clients can easily review and find Talent. Filter by the roles you want to view. Include every Session in the project or narrow your search to a certain day. Then sort by Actor Name or Group Number. Reviewing even the most complex casting projects has never been easier.

Filter by "Picks Only"

Once you have sorted the actors using Talent by Role, you can even filter the results to look only at the "Picked By" Talent.
