THE TALENT POOL

The Talent Pool is a list of all talent that you may be auditioning for this session. You can import Talent profiles from the Casting Networks database or create them on fly!

• Finding Talent
  Columns are sortable (First Name, Last Name, Agency, or Role). If you need to find Talent fast you can also use the Search field.
• Inspecting Talent
  Highlight a Talent's name and you will see their info listed in the Talent Info Panel below. Here you can find the Talent's photos, role, agency, and group information, and links to their resume and sizesheet.

BUILDING A GROUP

• Add Talent to a group
  Highlight the Talent you want to move into the group. Then hit the 'Add to Group' button, or simply drag and drop them into the Group window.
• Talent Log Information
  Once Talent are in the Group, highlight a profile (ex. Jill Anderson / Test Role #2), and you will see their log info appear in the Log Inspector below. Here you can change their role name, add a note, or follow a link to the online Résumé.
• Remove or Rearrange
  You can easily rearrange the order of Talent or subtract them from the group using the 'up' 'down' and 'minus' icons.

TAKING THE TALENT SNAPSHOT

The Talent Snapshots are instantaneous - no delays, no coundowns! Take as many as you like! It's as easy as clicking the "Take Photo" button.

RECORDING AN AUDITION

After building the group, you are ready to record the audition. Press the spacebar (or the red 'Record' icon) to begin recording, then press spacebar to stop. That's one take! Ready for take two? Same thing: spacebar to record, spacebar to stop. Record as many takes as you need (three clips in the example above). Delete the takes you do not want to upload, then hit Finalize group. You are ready to build your next group, immediately.
